Unsatisfaction with Illustration

There will be no changes to the illustration once it has been drawn.
If you request to see the illustration, any change thereafter will be subjected to extra charges.
If you do not want the product anymore after receiving the illustration, you will only be refunded 30% of the original price.

Damage to Parcels (via mailing/delivery)

Before mailing, we take extra care in bubble wrapping and safely packaging all of our products. If you do encounter damage, we are not liable for any damages as we have thoroughly checked through the products before sending them to you. We will review each order on a case-by-case basis in case of any faults.

However, if you self-collect your parcel (and check on the spot before leaving the locations) and discover that there are damages, we will refund/replace the product 100% at no extra cost to you.
